Orders are packed and shipped directly out of our Phoenix, AZ warehouse by Garrett. Most orders will ship within 1-2 days but during high volume periods your order should ship within a week.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get them out the door. If you need to make a change, email us (below) immediately. If the shipping label hasn't been generated yet, we’ll do our best to modify it.

What should I do if my package is damaged or missing?
If your package arrives damaged or gets stuck in transit limbo, reach out below with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We'll make it right.

Return/Refund Policy?
Because our products are consumable beverages, all sales are final and we cannot accept physical returns nor offer refunds based on personal taste preferences. However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with a quality control issue, we will gladly make it right. Just contact us below with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will ship out a replacement case to you!
